My name is Surriya Quddus, a college freshman photographer who's been behind a camera since 5th grade. What started as taking random photos of anything and everything slowly grew into a real passion, a way of seeing the world in color, light, and emotion.Over the years, I've photographed family vacations, style photoshoots with friends, senior portraits, candid moments, and everything in between. I've also had the opportunity to serve as editor-in-cheif at my high school, which strengthened not only my technical skills, but also my storytelling, visual voice, and confidence in directing people in front of the camera. Kansas City is home, and there is something special about capturing real people in real places, with real connections. I love making every client feel comfortable.I handle everything personally, from planning locations and guiding poses to editing each final photo by hand. I don't rush the process.
